It is with great excitement that I share that our new assistant principal, Dr. LaDonna Tate, has been hired and will be joining our Falcon Family starting this Monday, April 18. 

Dr. Tate comes to us with 19 years of educational experience at the elementary and middle school level both across the United States and in Japan.  Her instructional and leadership experiences as a classroom teacher, curriculum instructional coordinator, and most recently, as an instructional coach at Ft. Belvoir Elementary School, will be an asset as she steps into the role of assistant principal at Forestdale.  Dr. Tate received her Bachelors of Science in Interdisciplinary Education from Prairie View A&M University, her Masters of Secondary Education from the University of Incarnate Word, and her Educational Specialist Degree and Doctors of Education from Liberty University.  Dr. Tate’s values of building relationships, equitable high instructional expectations, and building capacity in others align with the core values of our school and community.
